Lucky turned when he heard the door shut seeing Roger come outside before wagging his tail and barking happily before running up to him.

Two-Tone followed Lucky as she barked and wagged her tail seeing Roger.

Cadpig and Mazie follow Lucky and Two Tone's examples and run over to Roger tails wagging and barking happily.

Together all the pups followed Roger back inside the Dearly home.

Roger laughed at the sight of all the puppies following him back home, glad that they were all okay. "Anita, the puppies are home!" he xalled to his wife, stumbling into the living room with the puppies walking under his feet.
Roger heard Anita sigh with relief. "Oh, thank goodness!" she said, beaming down at all the puppies when she saw them follow Roger into the living room. "I'm so glad our little dears are all okay!" She smiled at Roger. "I was really starting to worry!"

Lucky barked happily running into the living room after Roger and jumping up into Anita lap licking her cheek.

Anita laughed. "Oh, it's good to see you, too, Lucky!" she chuckled, petting Lucky on the back.

Two-tone followed Lucky to the couch and hopped on, her tail wagging as she climbed into Anita's lap, she let out a happy sounding bark as she did so

"Well, hello to you too, Two-Tone!" Anita said, giving Two-Tone a pat on the back as well.

A big smile on her face, Anita, who had been watching Lucky leave, smiled down at Two-Tone. "I'm so glad you're okay," she said, giving Two-Tone a hug. "I was really worried about you!" She glanced up at Roger."Thank you for bringing them back inside for me."
"You're welcome, honey," Roger chuckled, kissing Anita on the nose as he sat down on the couch beside her. "It was no problem."

Once in the kitchen Lucky helps himself to a dog treat he had managed to find sticking out of the cabinet under the sink.
