Well, I noticed that there was a Non-Disney movie and a Non-Disney Rp sub-fourm, so I was wondering if there could also be a sub-forum for Non-Disney fanfiction as well. I just thought that would be so cool! What do you think?

I'd say a reference list for members to know who's playing who and such, so it's not confusing for new members.  |

No I meant like a Master List so that people wouldn't have to remember who plays who in each and every thread. It gets a little tedious looking it up each time, or at least would be.

If by Master List you mean that people are assigned to a character permanently we don't do that here because it means no one else would get a turn rpging that person.
But as Meg already pointed out most rp topics have a cast list on the front page to help start off the rp listing the characters and who claimed them. Not all do of course but I do think it is something that should be required for every rp so it's not as confusing.

I think I kinda get the message what Aire is trying to say, but I don't think if it would make any sense if I try explaining it or not. But I do agree with the others about the cast list.
I do those a lot whenever I'm beginning roleplays, because half way through the middle of the pages, I get very annoyed with new members try to claim someone whose already been used by someone else. I don't think they even try to look at the first page so they just jump in half way through the middle of it without reading the whole thing.

Lol, so I know I'm bumping up an old topic, but decided I'd give it a shot!
This thought crossed my mind because other sites I go to have it, though I'm not sure if people here do enough of this stuff to justify having these as sections or not. I'll leave that up to you guys to decide, and just tell you what the ideas are:
- A section for original writing, and a spot for original role plays. What I mean by original is characters and stories we have all come up with ourselves that aren't fandom-based; meaning they DON'T take place in any movie, video game, etc. Like, say one of us is writing our own book and came up with characters for this book, and wanted to share some bits of writing and character bios and the like. That's the sort of stuff that would go into the original sections.
I know the word original is confusing, considering fan characters are also your original characters, but yeah when I say original I mean completely original. The rp area would just be a section for people to play with these characters, obviously.
But yeah again, I'm not sure how many people here would be posting that kind of thing. Some people are afraid to post their original stuff, in fear people might try and steal it (so if you guys think this is an okay idea, I would just ask the original sections be made for members of this forum only), and some people just might not be interested in posting that kind of thing. Yes I'm asking about this because I have things and chars I'd like to post which I can't since they're not from any fandom and the writing isn't fan fiction, but if this idea just doesn't interest people I can deal with that. Just thought I'd go out on a limb and try my luck. XD

Don't be afraid to give new ideas a suggestion after all that's part of what this section of the forum is for lol.
As for your suggestion while it is an interesting suggestion, I unfortunately don't think there are enough people on the forum to use those areas if we created them.

XD okay! I just wasn't sure whether you guys still wanted to use this specific thread or not.
Alright then, well in regards to that, what should I do if I wanted to post original writing and art? Just stick it in non-disney, even though it's not fan art or fanfiction and just say it's original in the post?
