He growled before pushing his way past them deciding they weren't worth it. He would find Abu instead and head towards home, he told himself. He looked over his shoulder for a moment wondering if the large black cat would follow him before making his way down the long series of stairs. He tripped and fumbled on the first few as he was still trying to get used to walking in his new form but eventually managed to get the hang of it even if he did have a few bruises to show for it.
Once out of the tower, he avoided the village of people worried about how they might react to seeing him, and continued off into the desert grateful that at least the thick furred coat kept him warm during the near freezing desert night.
As he traveled through the desert, he noticed a caravan traveling towards the village he had just left. He hid behind a large sand dune to keep out of sight waiting for it to pass by so not to squashed under the party of horses' hooves.
As he waited silently and watched it pass by he noticed Abu sitting and arguing with a red and blue feathered loud mouth parrot.
For a moment he wondered with his monkey companion was doing with the guards and parrot before sneaking his way around trying not to alert and spook the horses from his presence making his way to the spare horse Abu and Iago were riding on, grabbing the end of his tail with his teeth to yank him off the horse's back ignoring his loud screeching and the monkey attacking him trying to make him let go as he carried him off.
Abu's screeches were so loud it alerted the horses freaking them out causing Aladdin to have to run around in circles to avoid be stomped on. He had to fight the urge to howl loudly as one horse knocked him over and stomped down on his tail.
Once away from the horses he put Abu down pinning him down with one of his large paws to keep the monkey from running off. "Abu! Abu! It's me!" He yelled at the monkey trying to get him to calm down.

Abu stares up in fear at Aladdin. He squeaks loudly and makes run for it. He dives into Iago and the pair tumble over.

Aladdin sighed watching Abu run off. He supposed it was just as well after all he no longer looked like himself thanks to some spell. A whine escaped his throat his ears lowering down feeling a little sad Abu, his best buddy and only friend he recalled having, didn't believe him.
He forced himself to stand up on his paws and limp towards Abu and Iago. He decided he would give it one more try. "I'm sorry if I hurt you buddy, I didn't mean too. What do you say we go home?"

Before Abu could say anything however Rasoul noticed the wolf and immediately dropped off his camel and headed towards him, "Get away you beast!" he said to the wolf as he got out his sword and swung in the direction of his head.

Aladdin immediately jumped back wide eyed narrowly avoiding the swing of Rasoul's sword. Not wanting to test his luck again he immediately raced off trying deeply to ignore the overwhelming feeling that for the first time in a long time, he was alone.

Abu watches on with fear. Something about this wolf felt familiar to him. Abu jumps on the Gurad's head and beats him in his head with his small fist.

Aladdin had run a few feet before stopping and turning noticing Abu fighting Rasoul. Knowing his monkey companion stood very little chance against the large human guard, he ran back picking up as much speed as he could from running on the difficult sand dunes to gain enough momentum to jump. His front paws hitting Rasoul's back knocking him forward flat on his stomach.
"Come on pal." Aladdin spoke pushing Abu onto his back and running off to avoid being hit by one of the other guards what he didn't count on was one of them throwing one of their boas hitting his paws and ensnaring them causing him to fall forward on his side.

Abu clung on Aladdin tightly so he wouldn't fall off. Part of him felt like this was his pal. He had to trust that feeling.

Before anything could happen further the sun arose in the sky and suddenly Aladdin was turned back to normal with no knowledge of anything that happened before he started to fight Jafar. The leader of the town approached them all and said to Rasoul, his guards, and Iago, "Well my friends what brings you out here?" As he approached Aladdin and Abu, ensnared, Abu would surely recognize that this was the strange man that tried to kill him at the palace a few hours before. The man quickly looked at Aladdin, "Were you successful at combating the sorcerer Jafar young prince? Can my daughter finally stay in the villiage in peace?"

After untangling himself and Abu, Aladdin managed to stand up unsure of why he felt so sore and figured it must've been as the man said, that he had fought Jafar, but how was that possible? Jafar was dead....wasn't he?
Realizing the man was still waiting for an answer, Aladdin quickly replied. "Yeah. Of course." before looking around and noticing he didn't see Jasmine, Genie, or Carpet anywhere. "Where are my other friends and Jasmine?" He asked the village leader.
He too also wondered why Rasoul and the guards, Iago, and Abu were doing there but he figured he would ask them about it later.

Abu started to squeak out in fear and angry. He jumps up on Aladdin and shakes fist at the leader

"Abu!" Aladdin scolded his monkey friend. "Sorry. He normally doesn't act this way to other people. I don't know what could've gotten into him." Aladdin quickly apologized to the village leader.

Abu's eyes widen as he sees Jasmine. He jumps over to her hugging her. He squeaks and points at the leader hopeing she would understand he was trying to tell her that the leader was bad guy
"Its okay Abu" Jasmine pets him. She glares at the Leader. She didn't trust him at all.

The leader quickly said, "It is alright young Aladdin." He quickly paused and said to Abu with a hint of a sinister tone, "I would calm down my monkey friend. You wouldn't want to become cat food out here hahaha." He quickly changed the subject, "My friends I tried to tell you this before but there was a reason that my daughter was not allowed in. She is cursed, yes but that curse turns her into a blood-thirsty animal. And that animal is not your ordinary housecat you know?"
