"Look what I have." Zira said as she approached Nuka and dropped Kopa down.
Kopa made to run but a snarl from Zira stopped him.
Nala, her mothers intuition kicking in lost Kopa's familiar scent which alerted he was a large distance away.

Kopa looked up at Nuka and Zira terrified.
"What to do with him?" Zira chuckles.
"I want to come too." Nala said quickly.

Zira began chuckling again, "Why, Nuka. You're certainly becoming more like Scar." She turned and growled at Kopa who cowered and looked around helplessly. "Mom and dad will find me." Kopa said, sounding braver then he felt. "I know they will." Kopa looked between Nuka and Zira.

"What about us?" Kovu asked as he padded up to Simba and Nala.
"You and Kiara are to go home and wait for us there." Simba told him sternly.

"Right now. Sarafina or Sarabi will watch over you, until we're back." Nala continued, her tone firm. She then turned to Simba, "Let's go." She said.

Simba nodded leading the way to go search for Kopa with Nala following right behind him.

Nala glanced over her shoulder at Kiara and Kovu before hurrying after Simba.
Zira paced up and down, snarling occasionally at Kopa if he made to move.

Simba followed Kopa's scent trail and growled loudly as he caught another scent as well: Zira's.

Kiara stays put with Kovu. She frowns worriedly. She knew the lionness would protect her and Kovu.
" Do you think Kopa will be okay?" Kiara asked Kovu worriedly.

Nala caught Zira's scent moments after Simba had, "No!" She snarls, before Simba can say or do anything Nala bounds off into the Pridelands, a ferocious snarl passing her lips. Her motherly instinct was more powerful than ever now.

"I hope so." Kovu replied. He felt bad. Was this all his fault?
Simba knew there was no point to stop her as he raced beside her following the scent trail.
