Elsa gasped in horror, staring with the frightful look in her eyes. She didn't know what Anna ever saw in those things. Even spotting the confusing reaction look from her brother-in-law's face had her agreed. Queen Elsa didn't see the lizards as gifts, but more as an insult.
Elsa gulped down whatever fear she had inside of her, trying her best as duties of being the queen to still be respectful with the presents they were given. "Thank you for the lovely umm....gifts." She had to forced herself to say, too afraid to even be ever close to the reptiles but still kept in mind not to draw attention to herself by keeping her magical powers under control for whatever stressful feeling she would ever show would be a dead giveaway signal.

"You're welcome. They were especially well trained to behave in a manner fit to be pets to royalty," said King Theron, smiling warmly at the lizards as the creatures relaxed against the strange human's arms, displaying no signs of aggression.
Elsa's horror didn't fail to escape the notice of the royal couple, and they responded with kind, reassuring smiles.
"Don't you worry, Queen Elsa. They're easy to warm up to," the king stated.
Finally bringing his gaze back to the sisters and Kristoff, Darvus Snowflare nodded.
"They are... I have one back at home," the white-haired man commented.

"Is it common for people to have lizards as pets where your from?" Kristoff asked.
"Kristoff!"
"What? It was an honest question."

"Oh, yes! Every household has at least one," King Theron answered.
Turning to their servants, Queen Casca opened her mouth to address them.
"Would you mind taking our horses to the nearest stable?" she politely requested. Even though they were mere servants, she retained a warm, motherly intonation. Complying, the servants departed, taking the horses with them. Before the woman could say anything else, she was cut off by a low rumble originating from their general's stomach. "My, my, someone is ready for dinner."
The general chuckled softly, raising his shoulders in a shrug.
"I suppose so, yes."

"I think I can concur." Elsa smiled with a soft sounding of a giggled. Right away she was going to lead her new welcoming guests to come follow them inside of the palace to joined them for dinner, but one thing did not came to her mind until now; Olaf the fun loving joyful sweet snowman; Queen Elsa had fear that if Darvus, along with the queen and king to spot Olaf, he could be the only clue that would lead them revealing her secret.
"Anna, could I talk to you? For a moment, please?" Elsa asks politely and lead her sister away momentary. "Anna, I need you to keep Olaf out of sight while they're still here in Arendelle. We can't let him cause a disturbance while they're around." She whispers to Anna in secretly to their private talk.

"Elsa, Olaf is our friend. Im sorry but we've spent an entire lifetime in hiding and I can't ask Olaf to do the same. Hes friendly and Im sure they'll love him." Anna objected shaking her head and keeping her voice in a whisper so not to be overheard.
"I think your sister has a point, Anna, our new "guests" might not take meeting Olaf too well it might cause them to ask awkward questions and maybe even fear Arendell enough to wage war on it if necessary."
"Well when you put it that way..." Anna mumbled still not quite so sure.
"I'll just put him in the stables with Sven. They can keep each other company."

The royal couple and general patiently remained where they were. The king and queen turned to one another to engage in conversation at a volume that ensure that it would only be kept between them. A soft smile tipped the general's lips as he briefly met the gazes of their hosts, then turned away in a sort of bashful manner. Once he got over it somewhat, his eyes went to the water monitors, the beasts remaining calm and docile in the arms of Anna. He then idly wondered how his mare--as well as King Theron and Queen Casca's horses--were doing. The animals have never ventured outside of their homeland and he was mildly concerned with how they were taking to the strange environment.

"So it's settled. I'll take care of Olaf and you two can keep our guests company." Kristoff told Anna and Elsa before heading off to find the friendly little snowman.

The happy-go-lucky snowman waddled his way down one of the grand halls, his eyes idly tracing the paintings lined upon the walls. When he had first heard that visitors would be arriving, excitement over the possibility of making new friends put him in a seemingly perpetual good mood. Surprisingly, at the moment, that had temporarily slipped his mind--or whatever he had that could be considered a mind since he was a SNOWMAN and had no actual body parts, including a brain. Little did he know that he would soon be accosted by his favorite donkey--I mean prince, and would be whisked away to avoid seeing the visitors he had been so looking forward to meeting.

"Thank you Kristoff." Elsa said with relief. She stood by and awaited until the young man was out of sight. "Right this way." Elsa said, leading them until they finally made their way inside of the dining room. "Please, sit down." The queen gesture kindly. With Kristoff away keeping Olaf into hiding, Elsa couldn't help but worried if something should go amiss. Knowing dear old friendly Olaf too well, the sweet lovable snowman was bound to cause mischief.

"Thank you, Your Highness," Queen Casca graciously thanked the young queen, she, her husband, and General Darvus Snowflare dipping into a bow seemingly in unison.
The small party took their seats, the general feeling a bit out of place sitting at the table with royalty instead of at the barracks with the other soldiers. Lightly drumming his fingers on the table for a fleeting moment, he looked to and from Elsa and Anna, uncertain of what to say. His attention was soon averted at the sound of music wafting through the air. At the far end of the dining hall were a few musicians putting on a soothing melody.
Turning to each other, the king and queen exchanged smiles.
"Oh, this is some lovely music," King Theron commented. "It almost sounds similar to a song that was played during our wedding."
"How long has it been since we last danced?" the queen questioned.
"Too long, my dear," he answered. Standing back up, he extended his hand to his wife. As she placed her hand in his, he led her to a clear section of the room and the couple proceeded to sway in a gentle waltz.

"So far, so good." Elsa thought to herself, letting a smoothing sighed out. Watching the king and queen dancing to a lovely romantic moment with the music playing, the queen watched within a smile. "Beautiful, isn't it? Reminds me of the day when my brother-in-law and sister first got married." She was saying over to the general, though her eyes were focus on watching the waltz dance. "And good thing too, they followed my suggestion of slowing things down first." She muttered lowly underneath her breath.

The white-haired man nodded, retaining his silence for a few moments. Struggling with what to say during the duration of his silence, he settled upon a question to get the conversation going.
"Do you dance often, Queen Elsa?" he inquired, turning his bright blue eyes.

"Me?!" Elsa says, turning her attention over to the white-haired general, a bit caught off by the question he had asked her. "Oh no, no! I'd--ahem!" She cleared her throat in between the answer. "No never! Do you?" She asked back with the same question, before recalling at the very last second that the queen had already mention how very shy Darvus was, so it commonly speaks for itself.
"Oh sorry, I uhh--ahem! I forgot that you don't umm...I mean...you're umm--ooh! I'm so sorry." She apologized, flustering a bit of embarrassment for asking something that made it clearly obvious. "I take it you don't dance either?" She asked, changing it to a bit of a more different question.

As the blonde stammered and tripped over her tongue, the general couldn't help but chuckle and shook his head to convey that he did not dance.
"I mean no disrespect for... laughing. I, ah... didn't really dance much since I didn't spend that much time socializing with women," he explained. "I'm a busy military man, after all. Or, at least, I... usually am. I suppose I'm not while I'm here."
