Kind of like Lilo and Stitch. After Lawrence and Linda died in accident its up to Candace to be mom to Ferb and Phineas.

Candace walks into the living room and trips over one the boy's tool box" Ahh!" She yelps. She galres"PHINEAS FERB!!" she yells.
Ferb pokes his head in the room.
" I thought I told you clean up your tool box?" Candace says and rubs her head out of stress. " The Soical worker coming today and this place gotta look nice"

Candace sighs and drops down to her knees next to Phineas. " Come here" She says and pulls him into hug and rubs his back in motherly way" I know been hard, I miss them lot too.. Why I'm stress.. I dont want to lose you and Ferb. We'er family"
Ferb watchs them and nods.
"Come over here Ferb" Candace says and reachs arm out to him and pull him into the hug

Phineas hugs Candace tightly giving her a brave little smile. "You're right Candace we're all family. We need to look out for each other and make sure we don't lose any one else in the family. That's what mom and dad would have wanted" Phineas said with a sniffle.

Ferb nods and hugs them. He looks when he hears the door.
"The Soical worker here" Candace says and gets up to her feet. She opens the door" Hello Sir"
"Hello Ms Flynn" Social work says as she lets him in. He tall and strong man.

Phineas eavesdrops from the top of the stairs he hoped to god everything passed inspection if it didn't him and Ferb would maybe be taken away from Candace and thrown in some orphanage somewhere.

Candace sighs just soon the Social worker was done and left. He said everything was in order but he be checking on them. Candace worried about losing her brothers. They her world and family. She couldn't bear to lose them.
