Eckle stares at Chuck with big sad eyes. "You were my best friend Chuck. I loved you like a brother I looked up to you now I...... I....... I..... I don't think I even know you any more" Eckle said bursting in to tears.

Chuck watches firmly Lem leaving, but gets the cold shoulder from Eckle before the small kid left him too. Chuck leaves but stays put by the hills as he was watching Lem and the others set up a dedication for their beloved sweet dear friend Neera.

Skiff: I'll come too little buddy. All though you can't count on Chuck. You can always count on me and Lem to be a good friend.

Eckle just continues to hug Mae. Soon it was time for the funeral. "I can't do it" He said quietly to Lem with tears in his eyes as he was asked to come up and say a few words.
