Later, Miguel troting back down the beach following His sister. She had promise him one last surf before heading home.
Ian watches them from the beach. He watchs as they surf on a wave and see borad fly up and so does Rose and Miguel. Ian stands up to his feet and runs into the water.

"Miguel?!" Tulio says before diving down after his new friend helping him grab onto his board. "You okay?" he asks

Rose pops up "Sweetie?" she asked.
"Yea I am okay you two" Miguel says to them. He gasps and gets pulled under the water hard.
Ian swims over to them. " What happen?" he asked.
" Something took him down" Rose says as she see Ian dive under.
Ian soon pulls Migiel up.

"Somthing grabbed my foot" Miguel coughs as Roses takes him in her arms.
" We better get to shore" Ian says as he watchs Rose swim holding Miguel takeing him to shore. " Come on kiddo" Ian says to Tulio.

Rose reachs the shore and places Miguel down and looks at him worried. " Are you okay? Are you hurt baby?" she asked him.
"No.."Miguel says and looks down.
Rose glances up and see the Socail worker and hugs Miguel close.
Ian comes over.

Mr. Viper Fizz (social worker) was at the beach watching the whole thing. "where do you think your going rose?" he says

" Ian take Miguel" Rose says and hands Miguel to Ian. She walks over to him. " We 'er just.. It was accident" she says worried and concern.
Miguel frowns sadly and looks at her from Ian's arms.

Rose sighs "Okay" she says and Ian hands her Miguel. She places Miguel down.
Miguel walks over shyly. " Umm hello" he says.
