Over the next two days, Lilly didn't spoke to Miley. She didn't call her or text her and when she was at home, Lilly would stare at her cell phone in her hands for 2 hours thinking of something to say that would get her to talk with Miley again, but she was really stump. What could she really say to him?
Meanwhile Oliver had been taking it easy at Miley's house since the knee problem. But he was concern how long he will have to stay cause he couldn't go back to school yet and without a job since the bad shutdown from Rico's, he felt pretty useless. So one morning Oliver was sleeping flat on the couch from his tummy with his legs resting from the arm rest, and his mouth was sipping long drips of savila down from the couch pillow he was resting his sweet head on.

Miley made a face of disgust as she saw Oliver fast asleep on the couch drool coming out of his mouth onto the pillow his head was resting on.
She quickly walked into the kitchen opening the fridge grabbing a bottle water to drink sitting down at the table.

The sound of the fridge's door opening and closing woke up Oliver. He look up, his short dark hair merely covering his face. He look down and notice the wet spot from the pillow he had sleeped on. "Uggh...man!"He groans rubbing his face with his hand. "How long have I been asleep?" He asked. He didn't even check the time to count how many hours had passed.
Oliver turned around to see both of his legs on the arm rest. He turns onto his side, trying to get his legs down, but the pain from his knee was kicking back in again. "OW! Ow ow!!" He yelp and keeps the legs back from their spot. He couldn't get out of the couch without trying to bend a part of his body.
"Umm Miley I think I'm stuck!" He called her from across the table in the kitchen.

Miley turned to look at Oliver trapped on the couch. "Hang on, I'm coming" She says getting off of the chair she was sitting on at the table in the kitchen walking over to the couch where Oliver was. Slowly and carefully she lifted Oliver to his feet letting him lean on her for support.

With the strength from his arms, Oliver lifted up his upper body while Miley held his legs up for him. "Kay ready? One two three!" Quickly, Oliver let go and makes his body twist a turn, but his back landed a little bit roughly on the couch. Lucky for him, his legs did not break and they look clear and not laying so flat around that it was from before.
"OWW!" Oliver sob in a yelping cry, thinking he had whip a hurting pain from his body. He stop and look down. Everything from his upper body to lower body look okay and it wasn't really all that hurt. Oliver smiles embarassedly at Miley with a silly soft nervous laugh. "Ha...heh! Heh...err...thanks...Miley!" He said.

"Whoops..." Miley mumbled under her breath watching Oliver fall back on the couch not at all gently or gracefully. "Maybe we should try something else you know like a wheel chair or maybe a scooter?" She suggested.

"Do you have crutches? I think my knee is gonna have to be in a cast." Oliver said. It was the only idea that he got. A wheelchair would of work, but he needed to walk on something, not to sit on.

'Yeah be right back." Miley says before heading up the stairs towards Jackson's room. She stopped in front of Jackson's door taking a deep breath before knocking on the door. "Jackson, you there?" She called.

"What bug crawled up your butt?" Miley snapped back before sighing. She had promised to try and be nicer to Jackson so she knew she may as well start now. "Oliver was wondering if you still had that old pair of crutches that he could borrow?" She added trying to sound more nicer which was harder for her than it sounded.

"You really wanna know what bug crawled up my butt? You!!!!! You get everything Miles, popularity, fame, money, boys, cars. You get every single thing you ask for. You know what the similarities between my girlfriends are? They never made me happy not once Miles. Lilly actually made me happy and now you are gonna try to ruin that for me. Mile you get everything. Do you have to take away my happiness too" Jackson said handing her the crutches and slamming the door in her face.
