BIC: Newt, Ailis, and Fflewddur remained outside the tents for the time being mainly because all of them were now wide awake sitting in front of a fire keeping watch and the boys refused to go back inside the tent until he was completely aired out.

BIC: "HEY!!" Gurgi exclaims, opening the tent's entrance. The smell was getting worse as it rot fully airs it's way out. "Why Gurgi sleep alone in big tenty house?" He asks the boys.

"Hmm...OKAY! Gurgi go night night. BYE!" Gurgi grins and zips back inside of the tent. One last stenching smell of breaking wind fizzle out from of the tent.

"Poor Gurgi I don't think he even realizes what he did in there" Ailis says.
"Well then he must have the strongest nose I have ever seen" Newt replies yawning.
Fflewddur yawned as well but cleared his throat and shook his head to snap out of it. "Before your friend Gerard left he mentioned something about not trusting anyone but the people already here, what did he mean?" He asks
"Well what he meant by that was-" Ailis began to say but was stopped by Newt. "Ailis" He spoke cautiously.
"Oh it'll be fine Newt." She says before turning to face Fflewddur ignoring Newt's warning who crossed his arms rolling his eyes.
"What Gerard meant by that was there are dangerous spies lurking about some we can't even see so we don't talk much about it if we don't have too." Ailis replied.
"Spies? For whom?" Fflewddur asks.
"Let's just say it's better that you don't know" Newt replied.

The next morning left Fflewddur, Newt, and Ailis very concerned as neither Taran nor Gerard had returned from the night before.

That same morning as the boys were worried for their friends, Gurgi step out of the tent yawning and scratching his bum. The smell from the tent was gone at last and poor Gurgi was growing hungry that his stomach rumble loud over and over. He needed food and he needed now if it meant that he was gonna whine like a baby.

'It's about time that smell is gone' Newt thought grumpily to himself as Gurgi walked out of the boys tent. He never was or never had been a morning person and this day was no exception to that.
Fflewddur though exhausted was trying his best to remain in good spirits if not for himself than for the sake of the rest of the group.
Ailis was the second person to notice Gurgi emerge from the tent. "Good morning Gurgi" She greeted in a somewhat distracted tone.

BIC: Newt turned to face Fflewddur and Ailis with a look on his face that seemed to say 'Is he serious?'
Fflewddur nodded understanding the expression of Newt's face very well. "Gurgi's right I'm afraid. The first thing we should do is get some food before we begin searching for our missing comrades" He spoke up.

"Missing what?" Gurgi look puzzled from Fflewddur. He didn't knew what comrades meant, since his speech and grammer were as shorter as his brain.
