OOC: Oh, yes, I love Pebble and the Penguin! I used to watch it all the time when I was little, and I think that Rocko was possibly one of the reasons why I liked it. Thanks for letting me know how you got that avatar, Athena-Aly! That was pretty cool. I will have to check that site out sometime. Anyway, I guess I should go ahead and start us off, then.
BIC: Taking a deep breath, Barbossa gripped the helm, staring off into the horizon. It felt good to captain a ship again. It had been too long since he had inhaled the salty, yet sweet air wafting off of the oceean. Needless to say, he wasn't looking forward to dropping the anchor at Torgua. Nevertheless, that was where he was heading.

Now without his beloved ship the Pearl, Jack found himself now on a quest to release it from it's small bottle like prison with Gibbs not yet knowing that by running into a few people from his past his life would soon change forever.

A few days after he had set sail, Barbossa stood at the helm, blinking as he caught sight of something on the horizon. Sailing toward it, he saw that it was a ship, and he snarled when he was able to make out who was at the helm.
"Jack!" Barbossa spat, gripping the helm in anger. He thought he had been rid of Jack for good, but appparently not, and he wasn't too happy about it.

OOC: I think I'm gonna claim Gibbs too if that's alright.
BIC: "Cap'n! We've got trouble approaching." Gibbs spoke as he walked over to Jack who stood at the helm of a ship he had recently stolen as he made his way towards his next destination.
Wondering what Gibbs was talking about Jack reached down into his coat pocket pulling out a small telescope and opening it to look into it. As he looked through the small eyeglass of the telescope he saw none other than Barbossa at the helm of another ship. Quickly he shut the telescope replacing it back into the contents of his pocket. "Oh bugger." He muttered barely audible clearly not pleased to be running into Barbossa.

"Did I hear trouble?" Cedric asked. He had been below deck, but thanks to his lycan sense he could clearly hear what was going on above deck. "Oh by the way... the weaponry on this thing should function okay, but I wouldn't push them. They aren't the greatest, but I did what I could with what I had."

Gibbs turned to face Cedric. "I'm afraid so. What are our orders cap'n?"
"Ready the cannons for fire just in case." Jack replied.
"And?" Gibbs asks.
"Then we turn hard to starboard." Jack replied simply.
"So...we're running then?" Gibbs asks this time in a very low whisper.
"Yep. Running away to fight another day." Jack replied.

Already eager for battle, Barbossa watched the cannons emerge from Jack's ship, a fiery glint in his eyes. He was getting ready to turn around to give the crew orders to open fire on Jack's ship when he caught it sailing away out of the corner of his eye.
"What does that blasted pirate think he's doing?" Barbossa growled, turning the helm as hard as he could until his ship was aimed in Jack's direction. "Whatever he's got planned, he's not getting away from me!"

"Barbossa's opened fire cap'n. Should we fire back?" Gibbs asks Jack.
Jack thought about for a moment before nodding.
Gibbs turned to Cedric. "Get to the cannons and open fire." He ordered him.

"Aye!" Cedric said, scurrying off to the cannons. The lycan pirate had already made sure they were loaded, and then proceeded to return fire, at Barbossa's ship.

Barbossa blinked, gaping at Jack's ship as it started to fire at him. "Well, it looks like that bloody pirate's got some fight in him left after all," he muttered, staggering backwards.
