The Mockingjay and the Wizarding World.

Okay so I was thinking a bit of a Hunger Games and Harry Potter crossover in which Katniss and company get sent back in time on some twisted mission from the capital and have to join Harry and co at Hogwarts (if that makes sense). From that everyone included can take it from however they want to create something interesting and unique. This will be set before Katniss and Peeta have the two children so maybe when they're 19 or 20

Quick question. When in HP does this take place? Since the HG gang gets sent back in time, how far back do they go? (Sorry, that was two questions.)

We'll make it that the Harry Potter gang are repeating their 7th year at Hogwarts, so a year after the second war. If thats okay with you guys? =)

BIC: Katniss hitched her bow further up her shoulder and left the victors house later than usual that day. She glance at the sky and estimated it was roughly about ten in the morning. She flicked her long braid over her shoulder and mad to the electric fence. After the mini war in the Capital when she had got back she destroyed a section of the fence so she could get out easily. Once she'd slipped into the woods she set off at a jog down to the river her father and she had shared. She needed to think.

Ginny sat in the Gryffindor common room staring at the fire and replaying the battle of Hogwarts in her head over and over, she still had nightmares at night and they usually always ended with Fred's lifeless face staring up at her. She buried her head in her hands and sighed heavily.

Draco sauntered through the corridors to his next lesson, he was paler then usual and couldn't ignore the many glares being sent his way. As he walked he tried his best to ignore them. He had changed, it was his father's fault he had become a death eater. He scowled and stalked into his next lesson of the day - Transfiguration.

Harry woke with a start. The same nightmare had been haunting him for the past year, ever since the battle. In the nightmare, he was standing alone while all his friends were killed. He couldn't move or call out to them. He looked out the window at the Hogwarts grounds, the sun was climbing the trees in the Forbidden Forest, he was late for his first class! Jumping out of bed, he pulled on his robes and ran down the stairs into the common room where he found Ginny. "Morning Ginny." He called as he ran to the portrait hole and and to his first class, Transfiguration.

Ron was already in class, saving a seat for Harry. "What took so long?" He took one look at Harry and he knew. The nightmare. Harry took his seat and noticed Draco was sitting ahead of them. He averted his gaze, instead he looked at the front, waiting for the lesson to start.

"Hi Harry." Ginny called but it was too late he'd already raced out of the room. She shook her head and went back to reading her book.

Draco slumped over his desk and huffed moodily. "So bored." He muttered to himself.
