I haven't been to the theaters in FOUR months (the last movie I saw was How to Train Your Dragon).

OMG! Four?! Why so long? Even I can't wait THAT long just to go see another movie. The last ones I saw was Alpha and Omega and Easy A!

Two reasons. One: I was in Japan for a month and I couldn't go see any movies. Two: none of the movies that came out this summer made me all that interested in seeing.

Well I'll give you credit about the interests thing. 2010 had a few good movies that was worth to watch. As for the rest....ehh not so special at all.

I'd like to hear more songs from the movie (thank you for bringing back Alan Menken), but this is a pretty good song:

Yeah, I 'm not a big fan of the title change, either. To me, Tangled just sounds too much like Enchanted and it seems like they're trying to aim this movie at the same audience who enjoyed that film, and I'm not for sure if that's good a idea or not, even though Enchanted was a fairly successful film and I somewhat enjoyed it myself.

You know, I looking up some spoilers for the movie (I know, its a big "don't" if you plan on seeing it later, but its hard to wait). Not to give anything away, but there seem to be a lot of deception in this movie. I wonder what that would do to someone like Rapunzel and her psyche? Someone who's been locked up almost all her life in a tower being told things she thought was true only to find out they were lies? Well, I'll probably need to see the movie if I intend to write a fanfic about it.

Yeah I search up the spoilers too from their books and if you remember the original tale of Rapunzel, the hero was suppose to go blind from the end before he gets his eyesight back, but not Flynn. Disney took it to different markets like they always do when they're making a movie outta old fairytales; by changing it to something that's not too dramatic or bad for the audience.

Aladdin and Little Mermaid are certainly big examples of Disney doing that and most of the time I don't mind it at all. The more I see of this movie the more tempted I am to actually see it really.
I look up spoilers and things all the time for things I am interested in and though I haven't for this movie yet I'm sure I will lol

You know, Rapunzel must have really strong neck muscles to support all that hair. Sure glad she doesn't wear it up or she might break it.

LOL I don't think she could hold up all of that hair at all! However, I think I saw one scene where she's got it all braided with flowers. And it did look very pretty on her.
I'm also used to seeing Disney changing to the original story lines based off the real fairy tales, because everyone likes remembering their own disney classic version better that they think it's the real deal, but....sometimes it's not.

You do know that it comes out the day BEFORE thanksgiving right? I'm not sure what day I'll see it, but it may be after we're done stuffing our faces with the turkey or on opening day. I'm not sure. We may have to see how it plays along for us.
