A while ago, I posted a crossover parody video of the Nostalgia Critic watching the ending to Tangled (I can't post it here due to the forum's rules, but if you're interested in seeing it, type in "Nostalgia Critic Reacts to 'Tangled' Ending" on YouTube). Of course, if anyone is familiar with the Nostalgia Critic, his character is suppose to be an over-the-top cynic and I stated in my description for the video that I don't hate Tangled and I made the video as comedy video, yet even with all that, a fellow fan of the film got offended and pressed the dislike button. Come on, people, its not like you can't like a film and poke fun at it at the same time; as famous comedic movie maker, Mel Brooks, once said "Parody what you love" and I love both Tangled and the Nostalgia Critic, so why can't I have a video making fun of both?

Cool. I am a fan of the Nostalgic Critic videos as I find them to be funny not insulting but I think I will search and watch the video you mentioned and let you know what I think of it lolz

I'm not a fan of Nostalgia Critic, but I have watch some of his videos just to see how much he rants about the films he's review, most of them are the ones that I like, but I get too highly offensive if someone were to make fun of my favorite old childhood movie, so I don't think I'd have the guts to look up that video your talking about.

Well on the bright side, he's at least made people interested in seeing the films he's reviewed (you know, he's actually said that "The Pebble and the Penguin" wasn't that bad of a film in his review).
Its funny you brought up the whole "getting too highly offended" thing because I remember he was originally going to do a review of "Matilda", but too many people out there freaked out and he was too afraid to due the review if he said anything negative about it (a shame though, it was one of the movies I liked as a kid and read the book as well, but I can take constructive criticism as well as laughs).

That's true he did. I remember watching that one. The only one review I couldn't really sit through after it started was his complains towards Good Burger because he begins fussing over it too soon, so I had to close that one down.
Oh really? Matilda? I have maybe seen that movie on ABC Family a few times. It's highly strange for a kids movie.

Well I personally thought his Good Burger review was hilarious, but that's just me. Plus, this happens to be my favorite scene in the review:
Yeah, basically the issue he had with Matilda was that he was too dark and mean spirited for kids and that it had way too many wide angle shots.
