A lot of people have been making comparisons of Frollo from The Hunchback of Notre Dame and Mother Gothel from Tangled in terms of their "parenting" techniques. What do you think would happen if these two ended up raising the other foster child instead? How would Frollo treat Rapunzel as opposed to Gothel treating Quasimodo and how would Rapunzel and Quazi grow up as result of the switch-up?

I was re-watching Tangled on Starz and I realize how much Mother Gothel is like Frollo even if I haven't seen The Hunchback of Norte Dame in an awfully long time. But from what I remember, the parenting skills are pretty similar.
Anyway, if that was switch, I'm sure Frollo will probably wanna stay young and healthy forever like Gothel did, but Gothel is over a hundred years old, maybe more than that, so by my guessing, we would be caught dead to be watching Frollo as a very youthful young man through out the rest of the film.
But I think Rapunzel would love the idea of living in paris more cause there's a lot to check out, but I can't really say the same for Quasimodo if he was living in a kingdom close to a forest.

Well, seeing how much a dork Quasimodo is, imagine how much of a mama's boy he would grow up to be living with Gothel.
Also, considering Frollo's lustful nature with Esmeralda, I worry he might end up having the same "feelings" for Rapunzel and using her magic hair powers to become young again, he might try to make it an excuse to go after her.
