Kate stopped growling and baring her teeth after Humphrey cried for mercy and now took the time to get a better look at him. He was an Omega pup around her age and she was now sure he couldn't cause much danger to her and the others.
She got off him slowly and turned to face the bush where her sister and the others were hiding. "You can come out now." She tells them.

Lilly , Scooter, and Mazie all peeked their heads out of the bushes to make sure Humphrey was friendly.

Humphrey got up on his paws and notice the others hiding from the bushes, revealing their cute little heads from meeting him. "There's more of you?" He asks Kate.

"I...umm..." Humphrey wasn't sure how else to respond to Kate's question. Not that there was anything wrong with the pack he was in, but it wasn't the type he would called his own or as his family. "Don't packs have a leader in them?" Humphrey changes the subject with a different question. No pack seem to be right without a leader in one, but for Kate's, Humphrey believe they might of been lost or orphaned like he was before.

Kate looked at him for a moment as if he had just asked an insane question. How could he not know the status of pack life? He was a wolf after all. Did he not live in a pack she wondered. Was he a lone wolf?
"Yes two alphas. One male and one female. Both my parents." Kate replied.

"Ohh." Humphrey says for his replyment, trying to show that he understood but looked a bit sad from the alpha's statement of the word parents.

"Nothing! Ahem!" Humphrey quickly says, shooking that sad tone off his throat as he clear it up. "I uhh was looking for someone. A wolf; a tall male wolf." He answers while he was being honest why he was on his own.

"Do you know an orange one with green eyes? He said he was going to fetch more food for his pack." Humphrey says giving Kate more describing infos about Wesley.

Just when it seem to happen like magic, Wesley approached the wolf pups lickity split. "Humphrey! What are you doing outside in the fields? And away from the pack?" He determentaly barked.
Busted for sure poor Humphrey knew. "Wesley? I-I'm sorry. I was--" But the adult orange wolf had him stopped from speaking, who had now see that the omega pup had made contact with a female alpha and her friends. "The rest of yous, go home to your pack." He order firmly.

"Your land?" Wesley sniff the air to test out the scent in the alpha's terriority. "So it would seem. You best start be getting back to your families, before they're worried about you." Wesley tells Kate meaningly.
