Set in ice age time.
Arthur/Merlin Lancelot/Gwen Gwaine/Morgana

Always been wolf law that they stay away from humans. They did have know of them. Merlin believe it was time the Pups learn of the Humans.
Merlin leads the pups down the hill side along with Gwen and Morgana. Till they game to river.
Makayla starts to run to the river's edge.
"No Pup" Merlin says and pulls her back.
Mark whimpers. He wasn't too sure about crossing the water." Isn't there other way across?" he asked.
" As Wolf you must learn to swim the river! It part of being a good hunter and part of the pack" Merlin explians. " It will be okay Pups"
Merlin jumps into the river and swims across with no problem.
Landon held his head up high and jumps in the cold water. He started to paddle across proudly.
Lil then jumps in after her brother and swims arcross.
Makayla barks happily as she jumps into the water spalshing around.
Gwen gets in the water next and nudges her daughter along.
Mark paces the river side. He sighs and slowly steps into the water. He was unsure of the water.
Lil looks back at Mark. He was struggling to swim. She fear for him. If he had fail he become a curl tail. That he grow into the Pack's Omega. The lowest Wolf. Lil barks and swims over helping Mark along.

"Come on, pups, it's safe. We won't let anything happen to you." Morgana reassured them before following Merlin and Gwen into the water.
Ben hesitated for a moment before jumping into the water swimming alongside his brother to make sure he didn't drown while Jake ran and leapt in confidently having no trouble swimming, going backwards and forwards showing off.
Richard waited to watch his mother, Lil, and Landon swim making sure they were all making it safely across before jumping into the water and following behind them.

"jake! You must come across! Play can come later Pup. You Too Landon" Merlin tells them both." We must reach the Human's camp site soon".
Makayla runs out of the water and over to Merlin's side." Come on markie! Benny!"She calls out to her brothers happily. She wags her tail excitedly for thier adventure.
Lil on the other side of Mark. She helps him across with Ben's help.
Landon wanted show off as well. He did as he was told when he heard his mother call to him. He knew wolf must listen to a leader wolf

"She's right Jake we still have quite a way to go yet." Morgana lightly scolded him.
Jake's ears lower slightly in disappointment and he sighed at his fun being ruined. "Okay.." he mumbled joining them on the opposite shore followed by the others.

Once every one on the shore. " Come along"Merlin says. She leads them all over a hilll and down.
They reach another hill and Merlin sits down. Bellow they could see the human camp.
"Now Pups you will have urge to go to the humans. But you must fight this urge. We can not go to them its law by great wolfs and Acients as well. We must learn about them but stay clear" She explains. "If we break this law, you cant be pack or be called wolf. You will be banished from the whole valley. Forever alone. I dont want that fate for any of you"
"How can we get the meat they steal?" Landon asked her.
"We can sneak it or we dont" Merlin tells Landon.

"We're wolves, we can outsmart them no problem." Jake boasted.
"I wouldn't be so quick to underestimate them. We are smart and strong but they come in far more numbers than us and weapons that can easily kill us as well. That is another reason you must all stay away from the humans, they are dangerous." Morgana replied.

"Dont be so cockey Pup" Merlin warns him. " Human can easily kill a wolf if choosen too. As wolf could do the same to human. We must never hurt or kill a human"
" But why?' Landon asked her.
"Long ago, Lyric a wolf and her pack hunted along side humans. They taught the human the hunt of the wolfs. Soon the humans grew greedy and took the wolf's share of the prey. wolf grew angry by this.. They fought back. Many human's life were lost along with Wolfs. Last day wolf could understand humans. After that day wolf never hunted or did anything with the humans again" Merlin tells them.

"We travel where the Prey goes""Merlin explians."Whilethe humans stay in one spot. So young pup we have nothing to worry".
Later After Merlin, Morgana and Gwen led the pups back to rest of the pack.
While Adult join the rest of the pack, they allowed the pups to play.
Lil run and tackles Mark playfully." Tag! Your it"She cheers. She runs off into the bushes laughing.
Mark laughs and runs along after Lil. They both having too much fun to notice the scent of a wolf. Wolf from Cider's Fall pack.
He war dark furred wolf and scars all over his face. With mean look as well. He could smell them. He snarled and drew closer. If he killed two pups of this year it look better ffor his own pack. Arthur drove him crazy. Great Wolfs look apond him as a great wolf leader. He wasnt about to allow Arthur the honor have all these pups live through the winter.
He leaps out in front of Lil and Mark. He snarled and bears his teeth at them.
Lil yips and snarled back at him.
"Ha You dont stand a chance Pup" He snarled. His name was Xander.
Mark tried not to whimper. He didnt want to be a curl tail in front of Lil. " This is Camelot's Lands! You are not allowed here" He snarled.
"Quite Pup! You must repect your edalers" Xander snarled. He draws closer and bears his sharp teeth.
Merlin howels as she comes running and leaps in front of Mark and Lil." How dare you threaten Camelot Pups!! XANDER!" She howels for the rest of the pack
Gwaine and Leon both come next and snarled at Xander.
Mark and Lil lower them self down and stay be hin, Merlin, Leon and Gwaine.

Morgana herded the two pups back towards Gwen and the other pups staying with her to protect them as a second defense line as Arthur and Lancelot trapped the intruder wolf behind him so he couldn't retreat.
"You know well the penalties for not only trespassing on my land but for endangering the lives of the pack's pups." Lancelot growled at him while Arthur pinned him down his teeth bared in a snarl.
"Pack law demands I kill you now but I want you to take a message back to Cider for me." Arthur growled before biting down on Xander's paw injuring it and biting off a huge chunk of his left ear.
He picked him up by back of his neck and threw him before pinning him down again this time standing on his back. "Tell Cider if I ever catch one of his pack members on my land again I will kill each and every one of you personally." He threatened in Xander's right ear so he would hear him before getting off him.
"Now get off my land!" He ordered with a lunge threatening to bite him if he didn't follow his orders.

Xander snarled." You wont shine in the suun too long Arthru" He snarled. He eyed Lil before turning to leave." That wont be my dueing. Someone close will betray you"

BIC: "My pack will never betray me!" Arthur snarled at him. Before adding "Lancelot! Gwaine! Make sure this flea ridden mongrel leaves our territory groveling back to Cider."
Lancelot nodded before he and Gwaine took off chasing Xander away.

Merlin snarled at xander as he leaves. She turns and picks Mark and Lil up. She starts carry them back over to the other pups.

"Yea..We'er okay. He didnt hurt us. Mama and the others got there before he could even try" Lil tells Richard.
Gwen walks over nuzzles Mark. She kisses his head in motherly manner. Happy he was okay.
