"The great wolves took you? and you two as well?" Lancelot asked the pups.
Richard nodded as he lied down to take the pressure off his sore paw. His muzzle and neck fur were completely coated in dried fur from when he had killed the snitch wolf as they escaped.
He was still a bit shaken up by the whole thing. He never thought himself capable of killing so viciously and wanting more death afterward.

Lil and Jay both goes over to Richard side worriedly.
Merlin walks over." Gaius" She calls for the elderly wolf to help Richard.

Richard sighed but obeyed.
"Your paw is infected. We need to clean the wound and wrap it to keep it clean. Then you'll need to stay in camp for awhile to rest it." Gaius told him.
He then sniffed at the dried blood on his neck fur and muzzle.
"It's not my blood." Richard told him.
Gaius seemed surprised but nodded knowing he was right since he could not find a wound.

Noticing Gaius' surprised expression Richard replied "We had to fight our way out. The blood is from the wolf I killed while we were escaping."
