The Misguided Journey (Mulan/Kung Fu Panda rp)

Thanks to Katie on making a Balto/Aladdin crossover roleplay for me, I whipped another Kung Fu Panda roleplay of my own, only this time it will be crossing over with Mulan cause they're both set in China and it be easier for these characters to meet each other without any consequences.

I'm gonna make the roleplay take place a few years after the sequels (and by that, I mean both of the movies)

What the plot is gonna be about is this; after the humiliation and defeat from Po the dragon warrior. Tai Lung meets Lord Shen and the two of them hatch up a plan; together they think they could defeat Po and the Furious Five if they work as one, so they set up to kidnapped Su, Mei, and Ting-Ting from the palace late one night in hopes of holding them ransom until they wait for princesses' rescuers to come and save them. Once The Emperor finds out his daughters are missing, he sends Mulan on the job, along with Cri-Kee, Mushu, Shang, Chien-Po, Yao, and Ling on the job. But along the way, they meet Po, Tigress, Monkey, Crane, Viper, Mantis and even Shifu who are also finding Shen and Tai Lung so they could bring them in justice and save China.

This is gonna be one roleplay that you will never be able to forget!

OOC: Sure! I thought you might never ask. This is my first time playing Tai Lung or Lord Shen so I gotta warn you; my intro is gonna be SUPER LONG! Read it all if you DARE! XDD

BIC: In all of China, talking animals in clothing live in another part of their country while on the other side lived the humans. Humans leading a normal life much like any other culture around the world while the unknown side to them was being protected by a giant panda among with his friends, a tiger, a praying mantis, a snake, a bird and a monkey. And sometimes once in a while a red panda who is their master will come together and battle many enemies to save their village.

Unknown for any of these sides; a snow leopard survived. Once a well trained student and the adopted son of Master Shifu, Tai Lung found himself back home in China. Where? He didn't know. All that he knew was, he was lost. Lost, beaten, lonely and also thirsty; Late one night, possibly after midnight, the battering snow leopard came across a large river that was led over to the other side of another village; everyone was asleep no doubt about it.

As he dip his snout in for a drink, something in the surface of the water caught his glowing eyes. From the looks of it, it appeared to be a destroy cannon. But that wasn't the only thing he found too; underneath it look like a body; a body with feathers. Someone was dead for all he knew, probably might of been some kind of bird. Tai Lung scoffed with no interest and decided to turn away but he stop; he didn't know why but there was something inside of his gut telling him that he should find out who that body was; Tai Lung never had trusted his instincts before, so for the first time ever, he did something nice for himself on a change, but that didn't make him different than he was before.

Soon as he rescue the body, he found out it to be a albino peacock. Sometime some soon later, Lord Shen found life in himself again. A small little groan left from his pointy little beak. Once he had waken, he found himself inside of an abandon wood pile of a small house. But it wasn't just any house; Shen had recognize the entire area over 30 years ago. It once belong to a panda village; one that Po used to live with his real parents because he was the cause of separating the panda away from his family, but that wasn't all; from there next to the campfire he saw in front of him was a snow leopard; a snow leopard keeping his eyes on the flames while he took the time to lick his himself clean as he was grooming his furry grey spotted arms.

No telling if Tai Lung was a friend or a foe, Lord Shen kept one free feather hand of his open while the other was inside of his sleeve; slowly he reach in to pull out his feather-like dagger. He took out one long leg of his quietly as he try his best careful not to make a sound due to the jingling metal he had wore on his feet. But it wasn't as easy as it look. Lord Shen was almost close to get himself up so he can killed Tai Lung on his own, but the snow leopard had sensed the peacock was awaken from his heavy sleep. "DON'T even think about it!" He warned him without looking to see his face, but he did stop the grooming.

Lord Shen didn't know how to react; he paused silently. Somehow he might of guess that the snow leopard knew that the sound came from him because he didn't do a good job at trying to get away either. But he didn't know if he should trust Tai Lung either. Until finally, Tai Lung turn his head around and their eyes had met. He waited for the peacock to respond to him, but all Shen did was slowly taking one step away and another after while his eyes were still locked on him. "Release me at once and I shall think about sparing your life." He said soon as he stop next to the wide open space that no longer had a door. Tai Lung sat up. He was not scared by Shen's threat, and he seem too polite for that. He look at the dagger from the bird's featherly hands.

"What are you staring at snow leopard?" Shen asks, getting tired of playing the quiet game. "I rescued you from the open waters." Tai Lung spoken. Shen lower down his weapon. Somehow in some way, he was quickly convinced that the feline beast had recover him. But why? Why? That's what the bird wanted to know. "Yes. Yes you did!" He nodded briefly. "My senses tell me you were defeated by the dragon warrior." Tai Lung commented by his guess. In fact, Shen saw that he was right. He think it over for a minute, realizing that he was talking about Po. "Dragon warrior? It was a panda! How do you know of him?" He asks.

"I also, was defeated by him. I wanted the scroll and be named the dragon warrior, BUT...that flabby fat panda stole it! He stole my glory! My hard training went down the drain!" Tai Lung complain. "You had connections to the panda? So did I!" Lord Shen says, feeling surprised. "What was yours?" Tai Lung had to ask. "I took away his parents." Shen revealed. Tai Lung didn't know what else to say; for once, he actually had something in common with someone; as did the same for Shen. "You mean...YOUR the peacock?" Tai Lung asks.

"You heard of me?" Lord Shen asks, making sure what he meant from that question. "I heard a peacock destroy a panda village, but I didn't know it came from you. No one stop you?" Tai Lung says. Lord Shen frown. "No...but....I was banished from Gongmen City. My parents exile me. My nanny inform my family I'd be stop by a warrior of black and white if I continue making...."

"Making what?" Tai Lung asks noticing the peacock shortly pause for a brief moment. "Fireworks for dark magic." Shen finished. Tai Lung understood. And he wanted revenge on the panda as much as Lord Shen was probably thinking of, but how? For all the snow leopard knew, it would take days to get back to the village; his old home. He couldn't go alone anymore if he had to be taken down by Shifu, or Po or the five. Shen had the same thoughts too; without his cannon or his lead of wolfs he led, Lord Shen felt very useless. Until finally, both of them came with the same idea;

"I have a plan; if we work together, we can take down the panda and earn what's rightfully ours!" Tai Lung crack into a evil smile. Lord Shen smiled evilly too; "You mean..."
"Yes! I will finally have the right I deserve, and you; you can have China bow down before us!"

"Hmm yes yes, I like that plan. I'd imagine I would take down China alone, but with your help....your right!" Shen couldn't agree more. But how would they get away with it? Both of the peacock and the snow leopard needed to figure out a way to lure the panda towards them, instead of making theirselves lure each other at him. "Nothing will stand in our way! But..."

"But?" Tai Lung stares, looking for answers from the peacock's face. "I'm weaponless without an army. We'll need an idea so brilliant! Like umm...."

"Kidnapping?" Tai Lung guessed. "Hmm...yes kidnapping! I'd like that. But...."

"But?" Tai Lung guessed again. "You and I will have to kidnapped someone important; one of all China know of." Lord Shen continued. The two evil bad guys quietly think and think and think until finally. "Got it! We'll kidnapped princesses!" Tai Lung said and that was his final offer; either Shen takes it or walks away, but the peacock pick the right choice; the snow leopard was smarter than he look.

Someday later, Tai Lung and Lord Shen went across to the other side of China and found a palace; one ruled by humans. Tai Lung was in charged of kidnapping Ting-Ting, the eldest princess while Lord Shen took care of snatching her younger sisters, Mei and Su. The peacock had been quick and much lighter on his feet. A caw sound smooth into the air. He found the windows open in Su's room and gagged her mouth with a cloth over her lips with a powerful form smell to knocked her out. Later, he did the same with Mei in her other room. Now with the two princesses knock out, Lord Shen wander around in the dark hallways crossing Su and Mei in each arm.

"Where is that blasted snow leopard?" He grumbles, almost losing his patience. A noise fulled of grunting and fighting was heard from Ting-Ting's room. He followed it, only to find the princess struggling from Tai Lung's strong arms. Tai Lung punched her hard on the top of the head, easily to knock her out cold. "What are you doing!?!" He whispers harshly. "Why didn't you used the cloth I gave you?"

"I was! But she--" Tai Lung try explaining through whispering, but there wasn't that much time for them to be arguing. Within a hurry, Shen forced Tai Lung to joined him so the two animals made the move out without dropping any trace. The princesses were surely gone for good; at least that's what the emperor and his villagers were soon to find out by dawn.

Shortly after dawn the alarms were rung through out the entire palace. Armored guards carrying their weapons ran through the castle in search of any clues to the whereabouts of the missing princesses while three men set off immediately on horseback leaving the palace and the Imperial city off on their way to the country side.

Meanwhile in a large home in a quaint village in the country side happily lived the famous Fa family along with Mulan and her newly wed husband General Li Shang.

A tiny red dragon snickered as he quickly snuck onto the window sill of the Fa family home followed by a small cricket who seemed to be chirping some sort of warning to the small dragon.

"Caught? What do you mean I'll get caught? I never get caught! Foolish ol' Shang won't even know what hit him." The dragon replied cocky like ignoring the warning advice of his cricket friend as he slinked into the room through the window.

He fought hard not to start chuckling evilly to himself as he slowly crept his way to the larger sleeping form of Shang. What he didn't count on was Shang secretly pulling a prank of his own on the small red dragon.

He waited until the dragon was close enough before quickly turning around and snatching him in a pillow sack chuckling. "You have to get up pretty early in the morning to pull another prank on me Mushu." He proudly announced.

As he got out of the bed and made his way to the window. "Shang? What are you doing?" Mulan asks walking into the room.

"Me? Nothing." He says hiding the pillow sack quickly behind his back dropping it and Mushu inside it out of the window making a thud noise outside.

"What was that?" Mulan asks walking over to the window.

"I didn't hear anything." Shang replied leading her away from the window and out of the room.

"You're up to something." She replied.

Shang was about to answer when they heard the sound of horses changing into the town. Curiousity getting the better of them the two quickly left the Fa home to find their old friends Yao, Ling, and Chin Po had come.

"Yao, Ling, Chin Po. It's good to see you guys." Mulan says hugging the three of them as they dismounted their horses happy to see the three of them.

"It's good to see you too but I'm afraid we are not here under happy circumstances.." Chin Po spoke softly.

"What happened?" Shang asks turning completely serious.

"Some bandits broke into the palace last night and kidnapped Mei, Su, and Ting Ting." Ling explained angrily.

"We've to help them." Mulan replied determinedly. Mei, Su, and Ting Ting were friends of hers and she wasn't about to stand by and let something bad happen to them while she could do something about it.

"We came here to ask for your help rescuing them." Yao grumbled in his usual way.

"We'll leave immediately." Shang annouced before he and Mulan went back to the stables where he and Mulan kept their horses.

"Don't think you can leave without us." Mushu announced jumping into Khan's saddle bag with Cri-kee.

"No. To ever get away from you would be a miracle Mushu." Shang grumbled as he mounted his horse.

Mulan couldn't help but laugh as she mounted Khan. "He sticks around because he cares Shang."

"That's right! No one, not even you, spends time around my girl without me to make sure she's safe!" Mushu announced proudly while Shang rolled his eyes.

Immediately the five of them set off on horseback back to the Imperial Palace.

Meanwhile from the animal side part of China, news had broken down that Tai Lung was alive and so was Lord Shen. While The Furious Five were underneath the watch of keeping a sharp eye on their friend Po in the training halls as he trained, a gong had ranged.

Po stop what he was doing and step outside to see what it was; the others followed. Right by the giant gates, they found their master reading a new scroll that had just been deliver to him from the messenger.

"Master Shifu! What is it? What do we got?" Po asks excitedly ready to take down on some action. "Crocodile bandits? Warthogs? Whatever it is, it is on!" He says, showing off his whooshing punching and kicking moves, added with a kung fu sound that most warriors make. But he got no answer from the red panda. "Uhh...Master Shifu? Yoo-hoo! Hello?" Po waved, trying to get his master's attention, but Shifu's eyes were still locked down on the chinese written words. He re-read them over and over again through his mind and so much overwhelming was pouring onto his little head.

Tigress and the others finally caught up with the dragon warrior and stop by his side. "What's wrong?" She asks Po. "I don't know!"

Shifu finally brought the scroll away from his face. He couldn't read it no more. Without turning to look at the faces from his student, he made an announcement. "Tai Lung lives!" All of them, even Po, had gasped.

"What?!" Tigress asks. "That is impossible! Po defeated him with the Wuxi Finger Hold!" Crane added. All eyes gazed at the panda. "You DID defeated Tai Lung....did you Po?" The bird with the straw hat asks.

Po widdle with his fingers. "Uhh...yeah I did..." He answer. "Then why is he STILL ALIVE!!?" Mantis shouts, feeling a bit over freak out by this sudden news. "What else does the scroll say master? Viper asks, slithering next to him. "Lord Shen lives too." Shifu announced. Everyone gasp again. "But-but...that can't be!" Said Crane. "We saw the cannon crashed and killed Shen." Tigress replied.

"And how did they lived?" Po asks, still unsure how his technique didn't stop Tai Lung. But more importantly, how did Lord Shen beat out death? Not even Master Shifu could figure it out. But there was no time to stop and ask unanswering questions, however it happen, it happened. "We don't know, but unless they are stop, this could be the end of kung fu. And all of china as we know!" With that, Shifu pointed Master Oogway's staff at the entrance. "Go! Stop Lord Shen and Tai Lung and bring them to justice!"

And with that order, the Furious Five took off. Po was gonna go too, but he stop himself. He look at his little master who seem uncomfortable with himself as his tiny little brown paws gripped on the staff. His blue eyes staring down at the floor and his little feet. "Master Shifu are you coming? We need you to--"

"No! You stop Shen once and you can do it again!" Shifu said. "Yeah, but we couldn't have done it without you. Don't you wanna take down Tai Lung?" Po asks. "Yes, but...it is not my battle anymore. It is yours!" Shifu told him. "Yeah but...." Po felt sad and disappointed. He was not going to argue with his master since he knew how much Tai Lung meant to him.

"Po! Come on!" Tigress's voice called out. She and the others were waiting for him a mile away. "Coming!" Po calls back. He bowed quickly to his master. "Goodbye Master Shifu." Then, started to run after his friends. "Hold on! I'm coming!"

"Remember dragon warrior;" Master Shifu thought as he watch the panda leaving. "When you have inner peace, anything is possible!" If the fear should happen, Shifu would knew that if another vision of his death were to happen like it did before, he would have to risk his life to jump in and help his students. He did wished all on his part that he could go with them, but due to his age, Shifu felt like he would be only slowing down his students on their journey. The journey of the misguiding adventure.

After returning to the Imperial Palace they informed the Emperor that they were going after his daughters Mei, Su, and Ting Ting and would bring them back safely.

Most of the trip was very quiet for Mulan, Shang, Yao, Ling, and Chin Po. None of them spoke much as they were determined on completing the task at hand.

"Psst. Mulan." Mushu whispered.

"What Mushu?" Mulan whispered back trying to not to be caught talking to her horse's saddle bag.

"I've got a bad feeling" He says.

"Like what?" Mulan asks becoming concerned before Mushu could answer her Khan let out a fearful noise rearing up on his back legs along with Shang's horse.

Approaching them was a large Panda bear, a tiger, a crane, a snake, a praying mantis, and a monkey.

"What on earth?" Shang spoke staring as he and Mulan fought control to calm down their horses before their horses accidently threw them off.

Once the animals had made their approached, even they were a bit startled from scaring the poor horses, but they show no fear in them. Po lean his head down to see who fell off from the horses' back. Looking to be just wandering travelers, Po was gonna make his way to see if they needed some help, but Tigress yank him by his chubby thick arms. "Po don't!" She warned him, not sure if they were going to be any threat to them, but she kept her guard up.

The rest of the four pose perfectly in their kung fu moves just in case any fight was going to be broken down, but once they saw they were just humans, they let go of those poses. Even Tigress released her paws off on Po's arms and stared at them. As did Po. "Whoa!" He says, looking amazed. "I've never seen these kinds before. Uhh...what are you?" He asks the humans.

"They gotta be butt-ugly!" Mantis commented. "Mantis!" Viper hissed at the little guy. "Are you...suppose to be...uhhh..." Crane couldn't find the words to ask. None of them had ever seen a human before face to face. "They have no fur!" Monkey pointed. "Or hair!" Crane added.

Shang and Mulan were helped to their feet by Ling and Chin Po. Mulan couldn't help but stare at the animal creatures standing in front of them.

"Ugly?! Who you calling ugly you big green-" Yao began to snap back at Mantis but was stopped by Chin Po. "Yao that's no way to speak to someone."

"He started it!" Yao grumbled.

"Yeah! When you wanna insult someone watch you're insulting you freak!" Mushu yelled before Mulan could stop him. She quickly stuffed him down into Khan's saddle bag once again while Yao, Ling, and Chin Po turned stared at her.

Feeling a small stage of deja vu Mulan gave one of her old Ping guilty like grins blushing embarrassed while Shang slapped his forehead in an 'oh god!' kind of motion.

"What was that?" Crane asks. The animals gave a silently stare at Mulan too. They didn't see Mushu in the bag the young woman stuffed him in, but Monkey almost began to believe her bag was possessed. "It's a demon! Her bag is witchcraft!" He fear. With his fast reflexes, Monkey strike the saddle bag away from Khan, knocking poor Mushu right out of it, flinging the pint-size dragon from his hideout. "Oops! Sorry lizard!" He apologize to Mushu once he realized who he really was and not some curse trying to take over Mulan'ssaddle bag.

"No it's-" Mulan tried to stop Monkey from striking the saddle bag but failing causing her to flinch pitying for Mushu while Shang grinned trying not to laugh. He and Mushu didn't get along too much after all.

"Ow.....wanna watch where you're swinging those fists furball?" Mushu growled rubbing his sorehead before hearing the lizard comment. "Lizard? LIZARD?! WHO YOU CALLING A LIZARD! I'M A DRAGON!" He growled jumping to his feet swinging his tiny fists at the monkey.

Ling, Yao, and Chin Po could only stare in complete silence and surprise. It had just gone from weird to weirder real quick.

Po had gone from total confusion to pure fanboy excitement soon as he heard Mushu telling Monkey that he was a real dragon. "Ha-ha OH AWESOME!"

"Po? Stop!" Tigress says, eyeballing the panda with her tone sounding calm. But the crazy excitement was rushing through the thick blood of Po's minded skull. He rush right up ahead and pushed Monkey out of his way, scooping Mushu up in his big paws. "Are you one of the 10 commended dragons to set peace and harmony to our village?" He asks.

"Excuse the dragon warrior. He is not always like this." Tigress apologize to the humans for Po's oddly behavior. Crane bow down his hat in shame to cover up the look on his face. He was already embarrassed enough as it was while Mantis and Viper continue on with their sudden stares, but not at the strangers, but at Po for letting on to think that Mushu had been mistaken for some kind of old chinese legend.

"10 commended dragons? What are you talking about? I'm no-" Mushu started to say when a thought occurred to him. If they thought he was one of those dragons maybe they would worship him like a god? "Of course I am." He quickly added with a grin.

Shang rolled his eyes and shook his head. It was quite obvious what Mushu was up to and he wasn't about to let him get away with it when they had more important things to do. "Okay Okay. I think this has gone on long enough. If you don't mind we really don't have the time to chat. We're on a mission." Shang says picking up Mushu and handing him to Mulan.

"We're on a mission too." Viper reply. "Yeah! To stop--" But Mantis put himself on pause. "Wait a minute! Are we on the same mission?" He asks, thinking if the humans were on the same path as him. The rest of his friends gave blank stares at him. "What?"

"Why would they" Crane pointed his wing at the humans. "want to stop a peacock and a snow leopard like us?" Crane bother asking. "I don't know!" Mantis shrugged his little tiny shoulders.

"A peacock and a snow leopard? What are you talking about?" Ling asks speaking up for the first time.

"We were send by our master to stop them." Tigress answer Ling's question. "What mission were you send on?" Crane asks them all.
