What's everyones thoughts on it.
I was kind of iffy on it. It wasn't as good as I hoped it would be the visuals and costumes were amazing but it wasn't as good as Walt's I did like how it stuck to the book plot but I loved Walt's version better for some reason.
Also Depp creeped me out as the Hatter I love the Mad Hatter and all but...Depp just made me scared.
Thats just my opinion. Whats yours?

The Mad Hatter Johnny Depp play weird me out at first, but I actually like the movie. But I agree about the costumes and the special effects. They were amazing!

I thought this movie was actually pretty good though I didn't get to see it until I bought the dvd for it when it came out.
Johnny Depp as the Mad Hatter was a bit strange to me to be perfectly honest but maybe that's because my favorite role he ever played was Jack Sparrow lol.
The special effects for the movie were awesome as well.

I really liked this movie. I was pleased to see that Johnny Depp and Alan Rickman were both in it, though I wished Alan Rickman had more speaking parts, but Johnny Depp was good, too. My mom said that she really enjoyed his performance in the film so that's good. I'm still a big fan of the Chesire Cat, though, and I have been ever since I saw the animated Disney version, so he was my favorite charater in this movie as well. I actually found a Chesire Cat shirt at Walmart not long after I saw the movie and I just had to have it.

It was alright, but looking back at it, while I applaud the references t the original novel as well as Lewis Carol's "Jabberwocky", I don't really find it all that memorable the characters aren't as whimsical as I would like them to be, and some of the characters were miss-cast (Seriously, you get Christopher Lee to play the Jabberwock and you only give him two lines then cut off his tongue right after his introduction? How lame!). Idk, If I wanted to watch a darker version of "Alice", I'd probably play the American McGee version instead.

Lol yeah poor Christopher Lee. Going through those short lines for nothing XD
But I think the best part in the movie was the one where The Mad Hatter did the dance, or as they like to call it the "Futterwacken"! XP
Some of the Hot Topics I go too still sell a lot of Alice in Wonderland stuff. Mostly like jewerly and perfume for The Red Queen.
