So I saw Despicable Me in Theaters the day it came out. And I must say that it was probably the best movie I've seen since Princess and the Frog. Sure it was in 3D but the plot was creative mostly all the characters were lovable (especially the Minions!) and It just makes you want to come back for more. (Probably seeing it again on Saturday with my mom) I give this movie 5/5 stars.
For anybody who has seen this movie what are your thoughts.

In my own views, I personally thought that it would suck and I didn't want to see it but my 12 year old cousin came by over last weekend to stay with me and my mom for 4 days and he said that he wanted to see it. I didn't want him feeling bad if I told him no, but I decided to give it the chance.
We didn't watch it in 3D, but it didn't turn out as bad as I thought it would be. It was actually kinda cute. ^^

It's adorable I saw it with my Dad in 3D and my mother in 2D (she has hearing problems so she can't watch it in 3D or she'll get sick..long story) ^_^
I'm with you though when you said you thought it would suck the teaser trailer was horrid and I did think it would be awful but then after I saw the real trailers I thought it was adorable!

I think from the previews the movie looks alright but I am going to wait till it comes to dvd to see it rather than theaters cause the one theater we have in town is so expensive, it would be cheaper for my family just to rent the dvd

I can't wait to see this movie. I wanted to see it ever since I saw the trailer. Cats and Dogs the revenge of Kitty Galore might suck. But, I really wanna see that too.

I admit, at first I didn't really want to see this movie because the trailer for it didn't really interest me and I'm not really that big of a Steve Carell fan, but after seeing all of the good reviews for it I think I'm going to have to check it out sometime if my library gets it.
