Age: Approximately a young cub
Description: Spotty has black colored eyes, black smooth body, a light brown on his upper snout with short whiskers and a shade of light purple that goes down from the bottom of his lower lips all the way to his front neck and belly. And he also has lots of black leopard like spots on his tummy.
Personality: Playful, generous, happy-go-lucky, and is always attached to the first thing he sees but he's also a very picky eater when it comes to food.
Bio: Spotty is the kind of animal who acts like a stray pet that doesn't leave one person alone. He doesn't talk yet, but he's still working on it since he's only just a young guppy. But despite being a seal, he's the only animal in the waters who doesn't like eating penguins.
He meets Hubie and Rocko shortly after the two of them were accidentally separated from Marina and their 8 kids. At first they were very skeptical about meeting a seal since they're the largest target for eating fishes and penguins, but quickly right away Spotty grows fond and attached to Hubie, leaving Rocko very upset. He gains the name Spotty from Hubie because of all of the spots from his belly.
