Description: He's tallish, skinny and messy black hair, wearing old fashioned clothing no matter the year he finds it more confortable. Tamperan's hair tends to be slick the sort that won't go flapping but get's into his eyes.
Personality: Talkative to a point, tends to tell the Doctor to shut up, works in quiet, energetic and will always be off somewhere on an adventure.
How is related to the storyline they go with: He is a lost timelord, hoping to find the Doctor and not be on earth so long anymore. | and other plots that he may fit in

He wanted to go, he couldn't handle staying there the prison cell couldn't fit him in it and he hadn't done a thing. "Oh come on guys, this wouldn't fit a monkey" he told the police gaurds standing there but to no avail nothing so he huffed and one looked "You'll be out soon" he grunted in a deep voice. Tamperan was not happy 'Soon, you said that yesterday' he mumbled.
