The Lorax

Anyone here a Dr. Seuss fan? If so, then that's good because there's a new movie coming out called The Lorax which will be appearing in March 2nd (which is surprise because that date is Seuss' 108th birthday this year)

If you have grown up with his books as a child, and have already seen the movies (which aren't so many of them) then I'm totally good for sure that the film will be neat to watch.

And the best part is Zac Efron is in it as his first major animated movie he's doing. Taylor Swift is also in it too, and while I'm not very fond of her, I do like the character she's voicing in the film cause she looks pretty

I'm a little mixed on it. Knowing that the past film adaptions of Dr. Seuss' books usually deviated from the original source material (especially that dreaded "Cat in the Hat" live-action film), it's hard for me to say whether or not I'm that enthusiastic about wanting to see it. I will admit that even though the feature film version of "Horton Hears a Who!" did stray from the book a little, at least it was entertaining on its own right, so my thought is that "The Lorax" is going to be the same as well: not exactly like the book, but still have some entertaining moments. It all depends on the combination of certain creative minds to make that expectation work (like if the jokes are going to work and not be so insulting to the book in any way).

I am not really sure I wanna see this film at all. Why? Because I am not really a fan of Zac Efron and I liked the old Lorax film way better. This one to me seems more like it's about a guy impressing a girl rather than being aware of the world and the evil we do it and the creatures that live in it.

I just watched the movie... there were some annoying things in it.
