Rocko stared in silence as it appeared to him that his friend Hubie had died. He closed his eyes and hung his head for a moment of silence to honor Hubie's memory.
"So long old friend..." He mutters sadly barely audible feeling his throat go try and his eyes filling with tears as he tried hard to resist the urge to cry.

Spotty poke Hubie's body to see if he would try to budge or move once more, but like Rocko, he had the sad feeling to his gut that Hubie had passed on.
A sad sound left through the seal's closed lips, but unlike the quiet rockhopper, he couldn't keep his silence too well. Spotty broke down into a loud noisy wail of a sobbing heart-breaking sound. Big tears sprang everywhere as he cry. And one of his tears splashed right through on the unconscious penguin's face, forcing him to wake up.
"Spotty cut it out! I'm not dying!" Hubie order by raising his voiced at him. But then, he appear to look caught off guard when he saw the emotional look on Rocko. "Are you crying?" He asks him.

Rocko's eyes opened immediately and for a moment he stared at Hubie shocked to see him alive before he responded. "No! I'm not crying! I never cry! And way to make your pet seal cry there!"

Spotty stop sobbing at that rate when he saw Hubie who didn't appear to be dead after all. "Arf?" He barked lightly.
"You are too crying! It's all over on y-y-your eyes!" Hubie says looking at Rocko's face before he turn his head over to the seal leopard. "I'm...s-s-sorry Spotty. I didn't mean to scare you." He apologize to him. Spotty was more easily used to forgiving others too fast without giving on the time to think, so the pet seal snuggled his wet nose on the penguin's cheek and licked his face.

"I was not" Rocko denied stubbornly crossing his flippers and turning his back toward Hubie. He would never admit he had been crying just for the fact he would probably never hear the end of it.

"Can you...help me up Spotty? I'm too sore to move." Hubie asks for the leopard seal's help in general. Spotty used his big snout to press against Hubie's, digging it down underneath from the penguin's belly from the snow and carefully lifted him up.
The penguin stingfully bit his lip, trying to resist the urge from groaning as a single touch could make him winch, but he did all right for being on top of the seal's snout for a bit, til he was already pulled on up, letting him slide down the back of his head, down the neck, and stopped on the top of his back. Spotty also gave him back his pebble and puts his red beanie hat on for him.
"Need a lift?" Hubie asked Rocko.

"No thanks, I'd rather walk." Rocko says refusing the offer to ride Spotty.

Spotty started on moving, but what Hubie should of known was, that every seal leopard, even for riding one, tend to have slippery wet bodies, more slipper than soap or webbed foot penguins.
So riding on the seal's back wasn't that easy as it look. Looking at an alarmingly panick, Hubie try to find something to grab on to. "WAIT! SPOTTY SLOW DOWN!! AHHH!!" Hubie screamed, tumbling and rolling down all the way off from the seal and landed painfully face downed onto the snow with his beak burried down on it. "Ow!" He says, his voiced muffled by the snow his face and mouth was cover in.
Spotty stop and turned his face around from the back to see what had happened with the penguin. Like a shovel, Spotty used his back fin to scoop up Hubie and toss right back onto his back for the ride, but poor Hubie landed to a crashing rough start on Spotty's thick neck and slid down, ending back to where he was laying before on the seal's back. "Oww...." He winched in pinching pain.

Rocko would've started snickering and laughing at Hubie's failure to ride Spotty had Hubie not been so injured.
He looks around for something to make it easier for Hubie to hang on to Spotty while riding him and not slip off when he notices pieces of an old fishing net.
Smiling as an idea came to his mind he walked over biting off pieces with his beak and carrying the pieces back tying a large necklace around Spotty's neck for Hubie to grip onto.
He takes a moment to admire his handiwork before saying "There. Now you won't be slipping off all the time."

Spotty look down at the rockhopper's crafty handy- work he made for him and for Hubie to use on him, thinking that his idea could actually work for the injured penguin he left riding on him.
"Do you think it will...w-w-work?" Hubie asks Rocko who was holding to the other end Rocko had given him. Just before his question was going to get an answer, Spotty decided he would give it for a testing run. The leopard seal gleem for joy and started making out to a running point. Hubie was almost nearly send flying off, but he held onto his grin for the rope wrapped from the seal's neck as he hang on for dear life. "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!!!!!! SPOTTY STOP! HEAL BOY HEAL!" He screamed as the seal took him turns into fast circles.

Rocko let out a laugh as Spotty took off carrying Hubie with him. "Works for me!" He called grinning as he watched the little rodeo like seen of Hubie and Spotty unfolding in front of his eyes.
It was probably the most time he had laughed out loud in a very long while and he didn't care whether Hubie commented about it later or not at the moment.

"SPOTTY I SAID STOP! SSTTTOOOPP!!!!!" Hubie scream some more, but the baby leopard seal wasn't listening. He went on taking the injured penguin into more running faster circling spots, and then try running from one straight old line at the end and back fourth again.
When he turn back, Spotty skid to a halting stop, sending the penguin launching away from his back and crash landing into Rocko as the two penguin friends went tumbling together like a ball and crashed into the snow.
"I...HATE YOU!" Hubie says to Rocko without meaning it truthfully who was now cover in bits of frosty spotted snow from his back and arms.

Rocko didn't say anything despite having Hubie thrown into him and knocking him to his back he was still chuckling once he got his breath back.

"STOP LAUGHING!" Hubie cries, feeling offend to Rocko's dry piecing sense of humor. "You think it's funny? YOU try riding him!"

Rocko did indeed stop laughing after that. "What? You serious? You daring me to ride him or something?" He asks
