"No but you're insisting on it aren't you?" Rocko says truely believing that Hubie was hinting on daring him to try riding Spotty like a cowboy on a bull in a rodeo.
And if that was the case he was gonna do it just to prove he could.

"Noo....I wasn't." Hubie lies shyly avoiding eye contact with the rockhopper. His hints were easy to spot for Rocko, but Hubie would never tell him.

Rocko looked at him closely. "Yeah right. I don't believe you and since you're daring me. I'll do it. and I'll prove it's not as hard as you think it is." He says determinedly.

Hubie flop down on his belly, and pushes himself with his arms and legs to turn around as he watch Rocko going to take his high chances in riding Spotty. "But Rocko! Spotty's too slippery!" He try to convince him.

"Me? Get hurt? Ha! I never get hurt." Rocko replied to Hubie over his shoulder while he walked over to Spotty.

"Everyone gets hurts s-s-sometimes." Hubie reminded Rocko as he crawled from the snow trying to follow after Rocko.

Spotty waited til Rocko was strap onto his back and holding onto the fishing net rope for him. He watched as the two penguins went on talking about riding him. However, the seal wasn't so sure if Rocko had really deserved it. With Hubie, it was different cause he had more better fun with him.
But after doing some thinking, he had agree on Rocko's part of the dare and decided maybe he should let him ride him as his way for thanking him once more for saving his life from the walruses. Rather than hopping and roaming around like a crazy horse he did with Hubie, Spotty took Rocko down with him by diving down into the sea water.
"ROCKO!" Hubie exclaims. The wounded penguin gave it all he got and used his hands to push himself faster and let all of the belly sliding do the rest of the work for moving him. He put his good feet to a stop and waited worriedly. "Spotty? Rocko?"
Seconds later, foams of big bubbles came bubbling from the waves of the waters and in that instant, Spotty and Rocko came jumping out and perform a mid-way performance much like a sea animal would do at a theme park.
Hubie watch in utterly awe from the beauty and amazement his pet and his best friend were doing.

At first Rocko was caught a little bit by surprise when Spotty suddenly dived under the water taking him with him since he was on his back at the time before the two of them shot up and out of the water high into the air.
"Wooo-hooooo!" Rocko yelled out happily feeling like he was having the time of his life for the first time in a while.

Hubie broke into a big smiled and laugh lightly. He can tell from Rocko's battle cry that he was already loads of fun and that he wish he could joined if he was standing on his two feet rather than laying his body onto the snow to watch it all.
Then suddenly, the ice beneath Hubie broke into parts away from the icy land, and that was when he knew, Hubie was send hurling way up up into the air where he saw that Rocko and Spotty were right underneath him. But it wasn't for long before Hubie crash first into the water and he couldn't used his flippers to help rise back up to reach the surface.
Spotty and Rocko dove right back down next into the water with an instant splash and swam right after the penguin. Quickly, they pick up Hubie as they swimming back up to make another cool tricking move into the air.
Hubie cling onto Rocko's body for dear life as he scream with his eyes shut tight. "AAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Hearing Hubie scream only made Rocko laugh even harder. "Open your eyes." He told him.

Hubie did what Rocko tell him and look at the sight he was at, but it just made him even more frighten. "AAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!!!!!!!!!! PUT ME DOWN, PUT ME DOWN, PUT ME DOWN!!" He exclaims fast in his speech and closes his eyes again.
